Complete mobile guide

Your phone can control the same core workflows, while your authorized computer performs the actual BNI sign-in and submissions. This guide covers pairing, syncing, submitting, and multi-user queues.

綁定使用者信箱

The mobile console has no separate password. A one-time code verifies your account each time.

  2. 輸入自己的使用者信箱,按「寄送驗證碼」。

Choose a computer and sync the workspace

Confirm the computer is online, open “Sync workspace” from the upper-left menu, choose it, and select “Sync now.”

Available computer and remote action buttons
Green “Online” means the desktop agent is receiving jobs. Actions are disabled while offline.
Mobile console menu grouped into workspace, computers and permissions, and history
The upper-left menu groups features into “Mobile workspace,” “Computers & permissions,” and “History.” Only one feature is shown at a time.
Sync nowGet desktop members, favorites, referral templates, one-to-one topics, traffic-light settings, and schedules.

  2. First select “Test remote connection.” After it completes, open a workspace feature from the menu.
  3. Choose the computer and select “Sync now.” Members and topics then appear as input suggestions.

Submit thank-you notes and referrals

Plain text appears only on your phone and desktop. The control server relays only encrypted envelopes.

End-to-end encrypted pending list on mobile
The summary shows item count and retrieval time. Each item indicates whether an amount is needed or it is not yet contacted.
Select pending items and enter thank-you amounts
Under “Thank-you notes,” select recipients and enter each amount. The count and total update below; submit after all amounts are complete.
Enter referrals and apply templates on mobile
Referrals can use desktop templates to fill name, phone, email, address, and content before confirmation.
  1. Thank-you notes: after loading pending items, set a default thank-you amount that fills every item, then adjust any item individually. Select all, select none, or select only items without an amount for quick batch selection. Amounts survive automatic refreshes, so confirm everything and submit together.
  2. For equal amounts, enter one value under “Fill the same amount” and select “Apply to selected.”
  3. Referrals: choose a member, enter the contact, phone, email, address, and details, then confirm.
  4. After submission, open “Recent jobs” to see queue position, progress, and item results. A menu badge appears while jobs are active.
Privacy noteThe server relays encrypted data only. The decryption key stays in this browser tab and is never sent to the control server.
06

One-to-ones, traffic light, and schedules

These features are performed or stored by the selected desktop; the phone never signs in to BNI directly.

One-to-oneAdd several members and dates at once (tap a frequent contact to add them), pick the location and topic from frequent locations or suggested topics, and the desktop creates each record after confirmation.
Traffic lightAttendance defaults to 100%; enter visitor invitations and visitors who joined yourself. One tap has the desktop load the six-month PALMS metrics; you can edit any value, and the total score and light update instantly.
SchedulesAdd, enable, disable, or edit time, weekdays, and tasks, then select “Save to desktop.”

Multiple users can work without competing for sign-in

Mobile view of active and queued desktop jobs
Only one job per computer is “Running.” Other jobs can still be submitted, show their queue positions, and continue automatically.
  1. Multiple people can sign in to the mobile console and send jobs to the same computer.
  2. The desktop runs one job at a time; later jobs show “Queue position N.”
  3. The next job starts only after the previous one succeeds, fails, or is canceled, so two BNI sessions never run together.
  4. If a submission loses connection, it is marked “Manual confirmation required” and is not retried automatically to prevent duplicates.
Another active user is normalThe screen only says “Another collaborator” and does not reveal their email or job content. Your job can safely join the queue.
07

Share a computer with collaborators

Assign a computer, permissions, and expiration date to their email. They use their own account to sign in.

Add collaborator, expiration date, and permissions on mobile
Share only required permissions and set an expiration date. Revoke anytime; collaborators never see your BNI password.
  1. Choose a computer and enter the collaborator email.
  2. Set an expiration date; temporary collaborators should not keep permanent access.
  3. Grant only what is needed: workspace sync, pending-list access, BNI submissions, or schedule management.
  4. Ask them to use the same mobile console and receive a verification code at that email.
  5. Select “Revoke” on the collaborator card when access is no longer needed.
Permission rulesCollaborators can cancel only their own jobs that have not started. They cannot change your license or access passwords in the local vault.
08

View recent jobs

Queue position, completion, failure, time, progress, and item count remain in history.

Mobile history of completed and failed jobs
Green means complete and red means failed. Failed rows show a reason such as “Computer offline.”
  1. After submitting, open “Recent jobs.” Waiting jobs show their queue positions.
  2. For failures, check the reason first. If offline, check the desktop app and network; if verification expired, sign in again.
  3. If a list was read but content is missing, remain in the original tab. Run the task again if the tab was closed.

How to disconnect safely

  1. For a temporary break, select “Sign out” on the phone.
  2. To stop sharing, select “Revoke” under Collaborator permissions.
  3. If a phone is lost or retired, select “Unpair” on the computer card. All collaborator access is also revoked.
  4. To stop remote access only, disable the mobile remote agent on the desktop.

Mobile FAQ

The email verification code did not arrive

Check the email spelling, spam folder, and mailbox capacity. Wait one minute before resending and do not click repeatedly.

The computer remains offline

Confirm the desktop app is open, the remote agent is enabled, the computer is awake, and internet works; then select “Reconnect.”

Why does a job show “Queue position 2”?

A computer allows one active BNI job at a time. Your job starts automatically after the previous one; do not submit it again.

Why does a submission say “Manual confirmation required”?

If the desktop disconnects during submission, the system cannot confirm whether BNI received it. It will not retry automatically; check BNI first.

How many people can I share with?

Add collaborators according to your plan and management needs. Keep only necessary accounts, set expiration dates, and revoke unused access regularly.
